This Privacy Policy explains how playseven.com (“we”, “us”, “our”)
collects, uses, and protects personal data when you use our website and our mobile
application “Seven” (the “App”).
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable data
protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3. Information We Collect
3.1 Information You Provide
We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it, for example:
- Contact details when you contact us by email
- Information submitted in website forms
- Comments left on posts
If you leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form,
the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar
service to see if you are using it.
3.2 Automatically Collected Information (Website)
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:
- IP address (anonymized where possible)
- Browser type and version
- Device and operating system information
- Pages visited and interaction data
- Referrer URLs

3.3 Automatically Collected Information (Mobile App)
When using our mobile app, the following data may be collected automatically:

- Advertising identifiers (e.g. Google Advertising ID), subject to consent
We do not collect real names, precise locations, or contact details unless explicitly
provided by the user.
3.4 Player Profiles and Community Chat
Seven uses an assigned player ID to provide profiles, saved progress and online features. Earlier versions upload a reduced-size profile photo to Unity Cloud Save, linked to your player ID and available as part of your public profile. Versions with Community safety submit new photos to playseven.com for review. These photos are stored privately in WordPress until a moderator approves them for display. Earlier Cloud Save uploads are not automatically approved or copied into the new review system.
When you use in-app reporting, playseven.com receives your player ID, the reported player or content identifier, the selected reason and relevant message or photo references. Reports and moderation records are available to authorised reviewers, not the public, and are used to investigate abuse and manage community access. The blocked-player list is stored on your device separately for each player account. Contact privacy@playseven.com to request deletion of profile photos, messages or report-related personal data.
Messages you submit to the community chat are sent to playseven.com and stored in WordPress with your player ID, display name, avatar identifier, language, platform, app version and submission IP address. Published messages and profile information are visible to other players. These features are optional. Avoid submitting information you do not want other players to see.
We use this information to provide profiles and community communication. To request deletion of your Seven profile photo, chat messages or other associated personal data, contact privacy@playseven.com and provide enough information to identify the relevant player profile or messages. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to:

You can control cookies through your browser settings or the cookie consent tools
provided on the website.
5. Analytics Services
5.1 Unity Analytics (Mobile App)
We use Unity Analytics to understand app usage, improve gameplay,
and monitor stability. Unity Analytics may process device information, usage events,
and crash data in accordance with Unity’s Privacy Policy.
In versions with Settings → Privacy choices, optional gameplay analytics is off by default and starts only if you choose Allow gameplay analytics. If enabled, gameplay events, your assigned player ID and profile name may be sent to Unity Analytics to help improve the game. You can turn gameplay analytics off again at any time in Settings → Privacy choices and continue playing. This choice is separate from advertising choices. Essential account, security, purchase and service operations are not controlled by the optional gameplay analytics switch.
5.2 Google Analytics (Website)
We use Google Analytics through plugins such as MonsterInsights and Google Site Kit.
Google Analytics uses cookies to analyze website usage. IP anonymization is enabled
where supported.
5.3 Hotjar
We use Hotjar to analyze user behavior on our website (e.g. scrolling, clicks,
navigation). Hotjar processes data in a pseudonymized form and does not track directly
identifiable personal information.
6. Advertising
6.1 Unity LevelPlay / ironSource
Our mobile app displays advertisements using Unity LevelPlay,
including mediation via ironSource.
Advertising partners may collect device information, advertising identifiers,
IP addresses, and ad interaction data to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud.
6.2 Personalized Advertising
Where required, we request consent before personalized advertising. Refusing consent may result in non-personalized ads, limited ads, or no ads. Non-personalized ads are not necessarily cookie-free and may still require consent.
Users may reset or limit advertising identifiers through their device settings.
In versions with Settings → Privacy choices, advertising choices use Google’s User Messaging Platform where applicable. You can reopen Advertising choices in that menu to review or change your choices. Applicable US privacy opt-outs are respected before ads become eligible. On Apple devices, the app also uses Apple’s tracking-permission prompt where applicable; you can manage that permission in device Settings. Advertising choices do not enable optional gameplay analytics.
6.3 Google AdSense (website)
We use Google AdSense on eligible website pages. Google and other advertising partners may collect and use IP addresses, browser and device information, identifiers, and ad interactions to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Third parties may place and read cookies in your browser or use web beacons as a result of ad serving.
Where required, personalized advertising needs your consent. You can review partners and purposes, refuse consent, and change or withdraw your choices through the consent message when it is available. Non-personalized ads may still use cookies or local storage and require consent; depending on your choices, limited ads or no ads may be shown.

7. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on one or more of the following legal bases:

Consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

Public profile content and published community chat messages are shared with other players as described above. We also share data with third-party service providers where necessary,

All providers process data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
